Ultra Gro Cal-Kix is an enhanced blend of nitrogen, potassium, and calcium, containing no chlorides. Ultra Gro Cal-Kix is formulated with carefully extracted small chain Humic and Fulvic Acids. Ultra Gro Cal-Kix also contains an enriched package of naturally occurring growth promoters that significantly enhance crop yields, plant quality, vigor and resistance to environmental stress and pests. Designed for foliar application or soil application, it supplies vital nutrients at or near the time they are needed most.

Ultra Gro Cal-Kix is a low salt index, liquid fertilizer ideally formulated for ease of nutrient uptake.

  • High in Calcium — for cell wall formation and normal cell division.
  • High in Potassium – for the transport of sugars, stomata regulation, and water movement in the plant
  • Calcium contributes to improved disease resistance.
  • Potassium is linked to increased yield, fruit size, shelf life and brix.
  • Calcium, along with Potassium activates enzyme systems and protein synthesis.
  • Potassium is directly linked to increased yield, fruit size,
  • Fast foliar uptake – immediate availability to the plant.
  • Humic and Fulvic acid – complexes nutrients and aid in uptake.
  • A true solution, not just particles suspended in a liquid.

The calcium in Ultra Gro Cal-Kix is an essential nutrient that plays many important roles in plant growth. Calcium is needed for cell wall formation, normal cell division in new growth and proper fruit development. Calcium increases plants resistance disease, and insect attacks.  Calcium’s ability to reduce or prevent infection comes from its ability to increase cuticular thickness and cell turgor. Plants with thicker cuticles and more cell turgor are less susceptible to infection.

The Potassium in Ultra Gro Cal-Kix is directly linked to increased yield, fruit size, shelf life, brix soluble solids and higher levels of ascorbic acid in fruit prior to harvest many crops. Potassium increases the translocation of sugars and it is the major nutrient associated with fruit size and flavor.

Use soil and tissue test for selecting treatments to best manage nutrient levels within your crop.
