Strawberries
Ultra Gro has a long history and strong commitment to the strawberry industry. Our large grower base stretches from Mexico to the Oregon border, including: Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Maria, Watsonville and the Central Valley. To serve our growers, we have a team of five full-time professionals in the domestic growing regions and we are affiliated with the Alvita Agro Group in Mexico. Additionally, we serve the strawberry nursery segment through our well known relationship with Lassen Canyon Nursery.
The Ultra Gro strawberry growers use our products because they see quick responses and lasting results. They are consistently ranked high for “quality” within their respective marketing groups. For example, a strawberry trial conducted by David Holden Consulting in the Oxnard/Ventura market showed greater yields, faster breakeven and longer shelf life.
